“Osmanlı’da İlim ve Kültür: Şahıslar Seçkisi” adlı bu eser, Osmanlı’nın ilim ve kültür hayatını şekillendiren önemli şahsiyetlerin hayatlarını, eserlerini ve katkılarını ele alan bir çalışmadır. Eserde, Osmanlı’nın son dönemlerinde aynı gelenek içerisinde yetişmiş ve bu bakımdan Osmanlı ile günümüz Türkiye’si arasında ilmî ve kültürel bir köprü görevi üstlenen şahsiyetlere de yer verilmiştir.
