Allah (cc), kullarını yarattıktan sonra kendi hâline bırakmamış ve tebliğ edip doğru yolu göstermesi sebebiyle onlara peygamberler göndermiş ve onlara, göndermiş olduğu peygamberler aracılığıyla dünya ve ahiret saadetine ulaşmanın yolunu gösteren ilahî mesajlar sunmuştur. Bu amaçla insanlığa gönderilen elçilerin sonuncusu Hz. Muhammed’dir (s.a.v). Hz. Peygamber, kendisine vahyolunan ayetleri/Kur’an’ı okuyarak tebliğ etmiştir. İşte bu yüce kitap Kur’an-ı Kerim’i okumak, onun lafızlarını telaffuz etmekle gerçekleşebilir.
Kıraat ilmi alanında yapılan çalışmaların amacı, Kur’an-ı Kerim’i, barındırdığı farklı kıraatleriyle birlikte muhafaza edip onun eda keyfiyetini nesilden nesle aktarmaktır. Böyle kıymetli ve büyük bir rolü, ilk dönemlerden itibaren alanında üstat olmuş kişiler üstlenmiştir. İçerisinde bulunduğumuz XXI. yüzyıldaki kari ve mukri vasıflarına sahip temsilcilerinden birisi de Şeyhü’l-Kurra Hafız Ramazan Pakdil’dir. Karilik yönüyle ön planda olan ve kıraat ilmi icrasında büyük yeri bulunan üstat Ramazan Pakdil, mukrilik yönüyle de takdire şayan bir konumda bulunmaktadır. Böyle kutlu bir ilmin yayılmasında öncülük ederek değeri biçilemez bir hizmette bulunan şahsiyetlerin ve hayatlarının en ince detaylarıyla ortaya konulması ve neticesinde önemli mesajlar çıkarılması, aynı zamanda geride bıraktıkları mirasa sahip çıkarak insanlığın istifadesine sunulması, üzerinde hassasiyetle durulması gereken bir görevdir.
Bu düşünceden hareketle çalışmamızda, Şeyhü’l-Kurra Hafız Ramazan Pakdil’in kıraat ilmindeki yeri ve önemini ele almanın yanı sıra günümüz Türkiye’sinde merhum hocası Abdurrahman Gürses’ten ilmi almasıyla birlikte silsilenin bozulmadan devam etmesinde öncü olan Ramazan Pakdil’in eğitim metodunu ve bu alandaki hizmetlerini tespit edip ifade etmeye çalıştık.

After creating his servants, Allah (cc) did not leave them alone and sent prophets to them to convey and show them the right path. Through the prophets he sent to them, he presented divine messages that showed peo- ple the way to reach happiness in this world and in the hereafter. The last of the envoys sent to humanity for this purpose, Hz. Muhammad (pbuh). Hz. The Prophet conveyed the verses of revelation to him by reading the Qur’an. This great book can be realized by reading the Qur’an and pro- nouncing its words.
The aim of the studies carried out in the field of recitation science is to pre- serve the Qur’an with its different recitations and to transfer its manners from generation to generation. Such a valuable and great role has been undertaken by people who have been masters in their field since the ear- liest times. We are in the XXI. One of the representatives with the qualities of profit and mukrî in the century is Şeyhü’l Kurra Hafiz Ramazan Pakdil. Master Ramazan Pakdil, who is at the forefront with his karî aspect and has a great place in the practice of recitation, is also in an admirable position with his mukrîlik side. It is a duty to be sensitively focused on revealing the personalities and their lives, who have made an invaluable service by leading the spread of such a blessed knowledge, with the finest detail, and as a result, to draw out important messages, as well as to protect the legacy they left behind and present them to the benefit of humanity.
Based on this idea, in our study, we tried to deal with the place and impor- tance of Şeyhü’l Kurra Hafiz Ramazan Pakdil in the science of recitation. We identified and expressed the education method and services of Ramazan Pakdil, who was a pioneer in the continuation of the lineage with his late teacher Abdurrahman Gürses, in today’s Turkey.
