İskilipli Mehmed b. Ömer -Hadis Usulü -Nuhbetü’l-fiker Haşiyesi ve Tercümesi
Osmanlı uleması İbn Hacer’in Nuhbetu’l-fiker adlı hadis usulü eserini medreselerde okutmuş ve üzerine birçok çalışma yapmıştır. Bu çalışmalardan birisi de İskilipli Mehmed b. Ömer’in hâşiyesi ve tercümesidir. Mehmed b. Ömer, 18. Yüzyıl Osmanlı’sında Amasya ve İskilip bölgesinde yaşamış, daha sonra ilim tahsili için İstanbul’a göç etmiş ve payitahta yerleşmiştir. Öğrencilerin İbn Hacer’in Nuhbetu’l-fiker adlı hadis usulü risalesine olan teveccühlerini görünce de eseri anlaşılır bir şekilde hâşiyeli olarak tercüme etmeye karar vermiştir. Bu çalışmada İskilipli Mehmed b. Ömer’in 18. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru yaptığı hâşiye ve tercüme çalışması neşredilip incelenecektir. Ayrıca müellifin hayatı ve eserleri hakkında da bilgi verilecektir.

Ottoman scholars taught Ibn Hajar’s treatise on hadith methodology,
Nukhbat al-fikar, in their madrasas and wrote numerous works about
his books. One of these studies was the Gloss and the Translation of
Mehmed b. Omar from Iskilip. He lived in Amasya and Iskilip in 18th
century. Then he migrated to Istanbul for scentific purposes and began
living there. Having seen the interest of his students for hadith methodology,
especially for Nukhbat al-fikar, Mehmed b. Omar decided to
write an understandable translation and gloss about this treatise. In
this book, we will try to make an edition critique of Mehmed b.
Omar’s translation and the gloss which was written the in the 18th
century, and then we will try to explain his life and his books respectively.
