"He was born in 1965 in Oltu, Erzurum. He completed his primary education in Oltu and his secondary education in Erzurum in 1983. He graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Theology in 1988. He completed his master's degree with his study "Kâtip Çelebi's Philosophy of Education" at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences in 1992. He completed his doctorate in 2000 with his study "Comparison of the Tehâfüts of Hocazâde and Ali Tûsî." In 2002, he was appointed as a faculty member to the Department of Islamic Philosophy at Ankara University Faculty of Theology. He still continues this duty. He is married and has three children. "
