Abdulvahid SEZEN

Sezen is a faculty member in the field of religious psychology at Mersin University Faculty of Islamic Sciences. Sezen completed her doctorate in 2008 with her thesis titled “A Study on the Relationships Between Faith Development and Religious Fundamentalism in a Sample of University Students.” Sezen, who is interested in prejudices, religious fundamentalism, belief/faith development theory, self-construals, uncertainty-identity theory, digital addictions, pandemic psychology, transhumanism, and the metaverse, has published book chapters in various editorial books and articles in international and national journals in addition to her work titled Religion, Self, and Uncertainty.
