This study examines the technological, economic, and social transformations affecting the business world through an integrated framework centred on individuals, institutions, and civilization. Particular attention is devoted to the effects of artificial intelligence and digital transformation on enterprises, labour markets, economic structures, and management practices. Adaptation to change, innovation, institutionalization, leadership, brand trust, reputation management, and partnership culture are discussed as essential components of sustainable organizational success. By distinguishing institutionalization from bureaucratization, the study emphasizes the decisive roles of learning organizations, qualified human capital, merit, and organizational culture in managing transformation. Its broader perspective relates economic development to structural factors including law, ethics, freedom, education, science, research and development, climate change, and social trust. Türkiye’s development challenges are assessed within the contexts of global competition and modernization, highlighting the importance of structural reform, the rule of law, scientific reasoning, and high-quality education. The book argues that technological progress alone cannot generate lasting prosperity; sustainable development requires strong institutions, ethical responsibility, qualified human resources, and long-term strategic thinking. In this respect, the work establishes a direct relationship between effective business management and wider social development, presenting institutional transformation and human development as mutually reinforcing processes.
