one of Islam’s most deeply rooted acts of worship—along a trajectory
extending from the creation of the universe to the times of Prophet Adam
and Prophet Abraham. It meticulously explains the transformations the
ritual underwent during the pre-Islamic period and how it was restored
to its original essence through the monotheism-centered intervention of
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
