Yüce Allah, insanlara olan merhametinin bir tezahürü olarak yeryüzüne pek çok peygamber ve kitap göndermiştir. Onların sonuncusu, Hz. Peygamber’e (s.a.s.) verilen Kur’an-ı Kerim’dir. O’nun peygamberliğinin yanı sıra, en büyük mucizesi olan Kur’an-ı Kerim de ebedîdir ve bizzat kendi ifadesiyle kıyamete kadar, geldiği şeklini muhafaza ederek insanlığı aydınlatmaya devam edecektir.
Kur’an, mademki tarihsel değil evrensel bir mesajdır, o halde her dönemde zamanın ihtiyaçları ve problemleri de dikkate alınarak onu anlama faaliyetleri devam etmelidir. Çünkü o, inanan insanların hayat nizamıdır. İman esasları, ibadetler, ahlâki konular ve insani ilişkilere dair hayati hükümler ve örnekler sunar. Bu sebeple insanların hayatına yön vermek üzere gönderilen Kur’an, okunmalı, okutulmalı ve anlaşılmalıdır. İnsanlığın iki dünya huzuru ve mutluluğu buna bağlıdır.
Ayrıca namazlarda çokça okunan âyet veya sûrelerin anlamlarını bilmek veya namazlarda daha çok anlamı bilinen yerleri okumak, kıraat farzını hakkıyla yerine getirmenin de bir gereğidir. Böylelikle namaz ibadetinden alınacak haz artacak, inanan insan daha çok huzura erecektir.
Bu çalışma, apaçık bir Arap diliyle indirilen Kur’an’ın kelimelerinin ihtiva ettiği anlam zenginliğini ortaya koyarak Kur’an’ın anlaşılmasına katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir. Bunun için Kur’an’ın 30. Cüzünü oluşturan en-Nebe’-en-Nâs arasındaki 37 sûre izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çerçevede çok sayıda lügat, meal ve tefsirden, konuyla ilgili pek çok klasik ve çağdaş eserden istifade edilmiş; âyetlerle ilgili farklı yorumlara değinilerek tercihlerde bulunulmuştur.
Bu çalışmanın öncelikli hedeflerinden biri, farklı bilgi düzeyindeki insanlarımızın Allah’ın Kitabı ile buluşmasını sağlamaktır. Çalışmanın bir diğer temel hedefi, Kur’an’ın ve hadislerin dili olan Arapçayı sevdirmek; istekli ve gayretli her Müslüman ferdin, kendine yetecek kadar Arapça öğrenebileceği ümidini aşılamaktır. Kur’an dili Arapçayı öğrenme merakı olan ya da anlayarak Kur’an-ı Kerim okumayı hedefleyen her yaştan Kur’an talebesinin ilgi ve azmini artırmak da bir diğer hedeftir.

Word Analysis and Commentary on Juz Amma
The Almighty Allah has sent many prophets and books to the earth as a manifestation
of His mercy towards humanity. The last of these is the Holy Quran,
revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). In addition to his
prophethood, the Holy Quran, his greatest miracle, is also eternal and, in his
own words, will continue to enlighten humanity until the Day of Judgment,
preserved in its original form.
Since the Quran is a universal message rather than a historical one, efforts to
understand it must continue in every era, taking into account the needs and
problems of the time. It is the order of life for believers. It presents the fundamentals
of faith, acts of worship, moral issues, and vital rulings and examples
concerning human relations. Therefore, the Quran, sent to guide people’s lives,
must be read, taught, and understood. The peace and happiness of humanity in
both worlds depend on this.
Furthermore, knowing the meanings of the verses or surahs frequently recited
in prayers, or reciting the parts of the prayer whose meanings are better understood,
is also a requirement for properly fulfilling the obligation of recitation.
This will increase the pleasure derived from prayer, and believers will attain
greater peace.
This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the Quran by revealing
the richness of meaning contained in the words of the Quran, which was revealed
in a clear Arabic language. To this end, an attempt has been made to
explain the 37 surahs between an-Naba and an-Nas, which constitute the 30th
Juz of the Quran Within this framework, numerous dictionaries, translations,
and commentaries, as well as many classical and contemporary works on the
subject, have been utilized; different interpretations of the verses have been
addressed, and preferences have been made.
One of the primary goals of this study is to enable people with varying levels of
knowledge to encounter the Book of Allah. Another fundamental goal is to
foster an appreciation for Arabic, the language of the Quran and hadiths, and
to instill the hope that every motivated and diligent Muslim individual can
learn enough Arabic to suffice for their needs. Another goal is to increase the
interest and determination of Quran students of all ages who are curious about
learning the language of the Quran, Arabic, or who aim to read the Holy Quran
with understanding.
