Günlük hayatımızda yoğun olarak karşılaştığımız aynı zamanda her toplumda ve her zamanda görülebilen, insanlığın temel hareketlerinden birisi olan göç kavramı özellikleri itibariyle zorunlu bir göç çeşidi olan sürgün ve özel bir göç çeşidi olan hicret birlikteliğinde incelenmiştir. Çalışma, Deleuze’ün göçebe imgesi çerçevesinde açıklandığı gibi bir süreci esas alır. Buna insan hareketlerinde mevcut olan dinamikleri inceleyerek başlar. Deleuze’ün dünyevi göçebe imgesini benimsemekle birlikte hareketin, seküler modelden daha ilahi perspektife geçiş olduğunu savunur. Daha sonra çalışma, bu geçişin izlerini yabancı/öteki ile yerli/yerleşik açısından muhacir-ensar kavramları üzerinden Peygamberin hicretinde araştırır. Her iki modelin hareketin yapısı içindeki ters bir yönü vurguladığı gösterilir. Çalışma, hareketteki ters yönün Gazze-İsrail haberlerinde göründüğünü savunur ve sürgüne itilen Gazzelilerin hicret imkânını sorgular. Bu haberler, hareketin göç-sürgün diyalektiğinde yeniden tanımlamada dönüşümünü anlamayı sağlarken aynı zamanda Gazzeli halkın kuzey ve güney arasında hareket ederek nasıl varoluşsal mücadele ettiğini göstermeye çalışır. Eser, hicretin yapısındaki hareketin toplumun dönüşümü ve inşasında kolektif olarak paylaşılan tecrübeye yansıdığı ve anlam bulduğu iddiasındadır.
The concept of migration, which we frequently encounter in our daily lives and can be seen in every society and at every time, is examined in the context of exile, which is a type of migration that is mandatory, and hijra, which is a special type of migration. The study is based on a process as explained within the framework of Deleuze’s nomadic image. It begins by examining the dynamics present in human movements. While adopting Deleuze’s worldly nomadic image, it argues that the movement is a transition from a secular model to a more divine perspective. Then, the study investigates the traces of this transition in the migration of the Prophet through the concepts of the foreigner/other and the local/settled through the concepts of the muhajir-ansar. It is shown that both models emphasize an opposite aspect within the structure of the movement. The study argues that the opposite aspect in the movement is seen in the Gaza-Israel news and questions the possibility of migration for the Gazans who are pushed into exile. While these news provide an understanding of the transformation in redefining the movement in the dialectic of migration-exile, it also tries to show how the people of Gaza struggle for their existence by moving between the north and the south. The work claims that the movement in the structure of the hijra is reflected in the collectively shared experience and finds meaning in the transformation and construction of society.
